Why Gen Z Can't Get A Job (And What's Really Going On)
Hi, Fitch here from Humans.id. Today I want to talk about the state of the job market, which, spoiler alert, is not great. If you're currently looking for a job, you already know that. But I also want to talk about one incredibly simple thing you can do to dramatically improve your chances. Before I get to that, let me explain where I think we are right now. At the risk of overstating it, we are at a genuine cultural and economic inflection point. We can all feel it, in one way or another. We can feel the world shifting beneath our feet. The systems, the structures, the institutions that have governed our lives for the last hundred years are all being challenged and tested. In many cases, they're crumbling and collapsing, and being replaced by new systems and new structures. From it, a new world and a new economy is emerging.
